Both Alcohol and Drug / Substance Use Education and Treatment aim to provide information, resources, and support needed regarding the risks, effects, and consequences of alcohol and drug use.
Alcohol and drug EDUCATION is usually recommended to individuals with minimal substance abuse concerns, focusing on increasing awareness and promoting responsible behavior.
On the other hand, alcohol and drug TREATMENT is usually recommended for individuals with more serious substance abuse issues, involving treatment plans aimed at addressing underlying causes, developing coping strategies, and promoting long-term recovery.
